What You Need
Proof you document service attempts with GPS/photos.
You can qualify with either:
- Process server software (ServeManager, ProofServe, etc.)
- Manual system (smartphone with GPS-enabled camera)
What to Submit
Choose one:
Option A: Software Users
Screenshot of your dashboard showing active account
Option B: Manual System
3 sample status updates to clients showing:
- Photos of service location/attempt
- GPS coordinates OR timestamp/address
- Different scenarios (successful, unsuccessful, substituted)
Privacy note: Redact names and addresses from samples.

Q: I take photos when I serve. Does that qualify?
A: Yes! Just submit 3 examples showing you do this consistently (not just occasionally).
Q: Do I need specific software?
A: No. Any GPS/photo system works - software or manual.
Q: What if GPS signal is poor in my area?
A: Photo documentation of the location is sufficient. GPS when available, photos always.
Q: What if someone refuses to be photographed?
A: Document the location (building, door, unit number) - not necessarily the person.
