As the Program Administrator at the Process Server Center, Richard Farrell is the driving force behind our mission to help process servers achieve consistent quality in service of process. His extensive experience in training and education development brings a modern approach to finding practical solutions to the process service industry. Richard's background in Business Management is particularly helpful in identifying key challenges that process servers face and in selecting the right programs to improve their business results. |
Combining management techniques and passion for excellence, Brani Andreev has developed the Management Model of the 4Ps™ to ensure the consistent quality of the services delivered. As the CEO of Associated Services, she has successfully implemented uniform standards in managing the nationwide delivery of legal support services to law firms, government agencies and corporations. Brani Andreev has been creative in the designing of the processes behind the Process Server Center's training and educational programs.

Responsible for the development of long-term strategies, William Duke oversees all operations of the Process Server Center to ensure consistency and efficiency of the processes. His prior senior management experience in a highly dynamic setting and an MS in Finance helped define the operational processes of the organization while yielding optimal performance. William is a strong believer in leadership and empowering people to take ownership of their positions. |
While working hard to successfully complete her academic studies, Andrea joined our Process Server Center team to help learn the business side of an organization. She helps provide daily operational, marketing and service support. Her creativity and continuous strive to learn bring an innovative spirit when developing new ideas for programming and practical solutions to benefit process servers. |
